Desk · not a ticket window
If you can see the shaft from your window too, write like a neighbour
I read mail. I do not run a call centre, and I cannot move your timed window, refund an add-on, or argue with a wind hold. Those belong to the operator. What I can do is tell you whether a note on this site is out of date, whether a sentence was unclear, or whether you spotted the Niagara plume on a morning I called it unlikely. That last one I enjoy. Harbour observers are competitive in a quiet way.

Suite 214 is a small office in the Queens Quay Terminal building, the brick warehouse along the water with the clock and the tourists who think it is already the tower. It is not. From the south windows you still have to look north-west to find the needle. I collect paper there a few times a week. If you send a letter, put a return address on it. Unmarked envelopes go in the same pile as takeout menus.
Email is faster. Put “ceiling” or “queue” in the subject so I do not treat it as a pitch. I will not open attachments from people I do not know. Paste a description: time, wind direction if you have it, whether the strobe was a bead or a blur. A photo of your own window is fine as a link; a forty-megabyte file is not.
Please do not write to ask me to sell you admission, to “partner” on a resale funnel, or to confirm a booking you made somewhere else. I do not have a booking system. I will also not give a legal opinion about a visit that went badly. I can say whether the weather that day was the kind that wastes an upper-pod ticket. I cannot say what a company owes you.
If you are a journalist, say so in the first line and I will answer as Claire, not as a brand. If you are a student working on harbour climate, I will point you at Environment and Climate Change Canada before I point you at my kitchen window. The kitchen window is anecdotal. The archive is not.
I do not use a contact form because I got tired of bots asking about “synergy.” Mail and email are enough. If I am slow, look at the lake: a dirty southerly makes me walk first and type later.
